Susie first entered Real Estate in Hawaii in the 1980s. During her first year she was named Rookie of the Year for her outstanding Sales and Customer Service. Since then she has continued to hone her professional skills and has gone on to achieve many more honors including Top Producer, President’s Elite, Multi-million Dollar Producer and Gold and Silver Club memberships. She has been involved in sales priced from $100,000 to $9.3 million and has sold homes all over the Island of Oahu. Although she takes pride in these special awards, Susie feels that the real achievement of her Real Estate career has been helping her clients realize their goals. Whether they are Homeowners selling the family home or Buyers looking for their dream home, she makes sure her clients are kept updated and informed every step of the way. Susie believes a good Real Estate transaction is a team effort and she listens carefully to her clients needs then custom tailors a plan just for them. She then works very hard to make sure her clients are not only delighted with the outcome, but hopes to relieve them of much of the stress, to ensure they even have fun as well! In addition to helping local Buyers and Sellers, Susie has worked with several Fortune 500 companies with relocating their business professionals and their families and understands not only the ins and outs of the relocation process, but the need to remain sensitive to the human side of what can often be a challenging situation. Susie lives in Hawaii Kai with her husband David and son Oliver. When she is not out selling Real Estate, Susie enjoys collecting Hawaiiana, cooking and entertaining, going to the movies, antiquing, reading, gardening and her friends! |
